The international travel products which you purchase from "Oriental Tours Egypt " are quality assured through our select ion of product and suppliers. We are committed to the provision of excellent service and quality products in which consumer feedback forms an integral part. Our knowledgeable staff can assist you or your agent in the select ion of the right holiday products to suit your budget and expectations.
Oriental Tours Egypt Pty Ltd is not itself a carrier or hotelier, nor do we own aircraft, or hotels. The services that The Company supplies consist of arranging and coordinating accommodation, tours and transfers, making bookings and issuing vouchers to be redeemed by suppliers. We exercise every care in the select ion of reputable airlines , hotels and floating hotels and other suppliers of the various travel services that are used in these tours. It is important to note, therefore, that all bookings with "Oriental Tours Egypt " are subject to the terms and conditions and limitations of liability imposed by airlines, hoteliers, floating hotels and other service providers including but not limited to transport companies, government authorities & restaurant operators, whose services we utilize, some of which limit or exclude liability in respect of death, personal injury, delay and loss or damage of baggage.
We always do our best to ensure that your holiday arrangements are satisfactory, and we accept liability for, but only to the extent of, any loss or damage sustained by you as the result of our negligence, or that of our employees or agents. However The Company does not accept any liability of whatever nature for the acts, omissions or default whether negligent or otherwise, of those airlines, transport companies, and cruise companies, hoteliers or other persons providing services in connection with your tour arrangements pursuant to a contract between themselves and yourself (which may be evidenced in writing by the issue of a ticket, voucher, coupon or the like) and over which The Company has no direct and exclusive control.
You should familiarize yourself with any health or visa requirements that may be applicable in the areas that you intend visiting, and you shall be responsible for all entry, exit, health and other documents required by law, regulations, orders, demands or requirements of the countries visited or transited. You shall carry a valid passport at all times. Passport, visa and vaccination requirements are not our responsibility and we are not liable for any loss or expense due to your failure to comply with the above. It remains your responsibility to ensure that these documents are in order and to meet any additional costs incurred (whether by the client or by Oriental Tours on the client's behalf) as a result of failure to comply with such requirements. You accept that you may be travelling through areas of political or climatic instability, high altitude and remote areas without proper medical services, and accept the associated risks. The making of a booking constitutes your acceptance of all booking terms and conditions as described herein and forms the basis of your contract with Oriental Tours Egypt .
Our Egypt package prices are estimated according to the season of travel, and the chosen hotel/cruise category. We basically quote all out travel programs based on 4,5 and 5 star deluxe accommodation.
All our Tour Prices are per person based on two persons sharing one room.
Single/Triple/ Quad prices are as stated or as negotiated at the time of pricing the tour.
A deposit of 30 % of tour cost per person should be placed to the organizer, required at the time of booking to confirm and guarantee your tour booking. Deposits may be made by US Dollar, English money or Euros by online payment or by Wire Transfer direct to our company bank account . This is our bank details in case you prefer to settle payment by wire transfer

Payment Terms and Conditions
Confirmation of requested items will usually be within 36 hours.
Payment of 30% deposit (for bookings where date of the first service booked is more than 60 days after making the booking) is due immediately.
The balance is due 45 days prior to the first service booked.
Where travel commences within 60 days of making the booking, full payment is required at the time of booking.
All cancellations must be made in writing through Oriental Tours Egypt . No responsibility is taken for cancellations of hotel bookings or other services made directly by the client or the client’s travel agent with the service provider, regardless of whether written proof is given.
Cancellation of confirmed services forming part of an existing booking will incur cancellation fees as listed.
Oriental Tours cancellation fees
Our standard schedule of cancellation fees is as follows:
60 Days + prior to departure against 15%.
59-31 days prior to departure: 40% of total cost or deposit, whichever is greater
30 days or less prior to departure: 85 % total cost
Cancellation fees during peak times (Christmas, New Year & Easter)
120 Days + prior to departure forfeit of deposit.
119-61 days prior to departure: 40% of total cost or deposit, whichever is greater
60 da30 days or less prior to departure: 75 % total cost
29 days or less prior to departure: 100 % total cost
Travel insurance is available. We strongly recommend and advise that you obtain travel insurance BEFORE YOU ARRIVE TO EGYPT. Policies are available to cover loss or damage to luggage, medical emergencies that your regular insurance might not cover when you are overseas, travel interruption, trip cancellation and unforeseen expenses if you have to cancel your trip.
Not included in Tour Price:
Charges not mentioned elsewhere for this tour such as: entry visa fees, personal laundry, telephone calls, all alcoholic beverages including wine and beer, mineral water, insurance of any kind, custom duties, gratuities to tour guides, excess baggage charges, etc. Extra charges for food ordered a la carte or from room service. These charges must be paid directly to the hotel or the restaurant where ordered from
If you have a problem with any of the Tour Services provided it should be brought to the immediate attention of our representative or the company directly whilst on the Tour. We will then attempt to rectify the situation immediately. Upon return it is almost impossible to correct a situation, that could have been corrected during the Tour. Please note that if you choose for any reason not to participate in any part of the program once on the tour , there will be NO refund for these services, as they are prepaid based on the number participating.
(Note: If you miss part of the tour due to medical reasons your Insurance should cover this portion if pre-purchased.)
We act as an agent for the owners and contractors providing transportation, hotel or other services We make every effort to ensure that all travel arrangements and services, connected with the tour, will be carried out as specified. However, in some instances we do not have direct control over the provision of services by suppliers and we do not accept liability for errors and omissions of such suppliers.
Only our authorized representative who would have a document in writing, is authorized to vary, add or waive any term or condition in this document.
