Day 01:
After Your breakfast, one of Oriental Tours representative will pick you up from your hotel with an A/C car to the Fayoum City to start your trip from Cairo to Fayoum Oasis. Up on your arrival, you will start your tour by visiting Lake Qarun one of the oldest lakes in Egypt and the third largest natural lake in Egypt. You can watch a lot of birds there during your trip. After enjoying the view for a while you will be able to have your lunch. Then you will be transferred to Wadi El-Rayan Waterfalls with a view and sound that makes you feel relaxed and happy, then onto the Madinet Madi ancient city, a historical city built by Amenemhet III and completed Amenemhet IV. Then continue to Wadi Al-Hitan for overnight camping there.
Day 02:
After having your breakfast, you will continue your trip from Cairo to Fayoum Oasis to Wadi Al-Hitan (the Valley of Whales) which located in Wadi El-Rayan, The UNESCO included it as a World Heritage Site in recognition of the 40 million year –old whale skeletons found there.
After that, on our way back to Cairo you will visit Mudawara Mountain then Qaroun palace about 55 km North West of Fayoum City. It consists of the well-preserved temple and remains of the Greco-Roman City of Dionysios. Then we move to Karanis which is the ruin of an old city. That city contains a number of monuments, dating from the Roman, Coptic and Early Islamic.
